Journalling in a way that feels right for you is important, and there are plenty of fun and creative ways to keep track of your mental health in order to identify patterns, gain control over your thoughts, and reinforce yourself with kindness and self-care.
I’ve collected a few bits and pieces that I’m going to use in my own journal, such as:
Daily Tracker
Perfect to keep track of your mood in the corner of your daily journal entry (and it looks cute).
Gratitude Log
Keeping a list of things to be grateful for, or perhaps things that you noticed today that you appreciated can be a great way of refocusing from the crappy parts of our day to the kindness of strangers, friendships or other blessings. It’s not something I do every day but I do try to journal from time to time when I’m anxious.
