A Mental Health Resource – The Bipolar Writer

I was asked by a fellow writer to share a mental health resource by author Dyane Harwood called Birth of a New Brain-Healing from Postpartum Bipolar Disorder which is a free PDF copy of her book. It is always the goal of The Bipolar Writer blog to share as much mental health resources as possible.
